We finally took Ryan fishing on Memorial Day. He was a little disappointed when he cast and reeled back in right away that there was no fish on his line. He told me fishing was a lot harder than he thought. We didn't catch anything but garbage, but we'll try again. We also headed down to OOB and hung out with Paul and Danielle. The water was so warm, Ryan went swimming in the ocean in Maine in May. It was fantastic to hang out with them and we have promised not to let so much time go by again.
This past week was a short one thanks to Memorial Day and an in-service at work on Tuesday. Thank goodness, we needed it. Its fantastic that Friday came so fast. Tonight we had some friends over for good food, beer, and talk. Garrett fixed Corey's truck and got a sticker for my car. THANKS GARRETT! Nicole, Brandon, and their girls came to play. Alana slept and Monica kept Ryan entertained. I am looking forward to making Friday nights a tradition with Nicole and Brandon. Happy Weekend!
